Information comes directly from you when you submit the contact form and automatically from your browser or network when the site processes a request. We may also receive business contact information from a person or organization that asks us to communicate with you.

4. How we use information

  • Respond to product, partnership, media, vendor, and general inquiries.
  • Evaluate potential business relationships and maintain correspondence.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the corporate website.
  • Detect spam, fraud, misuse, and technical attacks.

7. Retention

We retain business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, protect the company, and meet legal obligations. Security and rate-limit records are retained for limited operational periods. Failed-delivery records may be held temporarily in a protected server location so an inquiry is not silently lost.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. See our Security page for responsible disclosure information.
