1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the DecisionLayer Systems LLC corporate website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Do not use the site if you do not agree.

2. Corporate website scope

This site provides general information about DecisionLayer Systems LLC, ShelfCoach, JobReload, and company operations. It does not create a client, employment, partnership, fiduciary, professional-adviser, or agency relationship.

3. Product-specific services

ShelfCoach and JobReload are separately branded products operated by DecisionLayer Systems LLC. Product applications may have separate terms, privacy notices, subscription terms, eligibility rules, and feature descriptions. Those product-specific terms control when they conflict with these corporate-site terms.

4. Intellectual property

The website, original text, visual design, software, company identifiers, and product branding are owned by or licensed to DecisionLayer Systems LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited right to access and use the public website for lawful informational purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You may browse the site, contact the company for legitimate purposes, and reference public company information accurately. You may not:

  • Interfere with availability, security, or operation of the site.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or obtain nonpublic information.
  • Submit malicious code, spam, deceptive content, or unlawful material.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent authority or affiliation.
  • Use automated systems in a manner that burdens the service or harvests protected contact information.
  • Use the site in violation of law or third-party rights.

6. Feedback and submissions

Do not submit confidential information unless a written agreement requires confidentiality. You retain ownership of your message content, but you authorize us to process it to respond, evaluate the request, protect the service, and maintain appropriate business records. General feedback may be used to improve the company or its products without an obligation to compensate you.

7. Third-party websites and services

The site may link to product properties, infrastructure records, or third-party services. External services are governed by their own terms and practices. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement, product, or practice on the linked service.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the corporate website, update content, or restrict abusive traffic. We work to maintain accurate information but do not promise that every page will always be available, complete, or current.

9. Disclaimers

The corporate website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. DecisionLayer Systems LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product-specific commitments, if any, must be stated in a separate written agreement or product terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecisionLayer Systems LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for losses, claims, or costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website or violation of another person’s rights. This provision is applied only to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Virginia will have jurisdiction over disputes concerning this corporate website, subject to any mandatory law that applies.

13. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and documents expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement governing this corporate website.

14. Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Questions should be submitted through the protected contact form.
